省荣康医院举行2026年度
新职工欢迎仪式暨岗前培训会
9月2日，我院举行2026年度新职工欢迎仪式暨岗前培训会议，助力新职工快速融入集体，为医院高质量发展注入新生力量。院党委书记殷惠红，党委副书记、院长李祥等党委班子成员出席会议。11名新职工和政工科、医务科、护理部等职能科室及新职工接收科室负责人参加会议。
欢迎仪式上，新职工逐一自我介绍，交流职业规划。新职工代表发言，表达加入医院的自豪与荣幸，表态将严守院规、勤学善思、恪守医德，立足岗位做好医疗服务，不负信任与期许。
院领导对新职工表示欢迎，介绍医院发展历程、专科建设、优抚服务成效及发展规划。党委书记殷惠红对新职工提出四点希望：一要筑牢理想信念，厚植职业情怀，将个人追求融入卫生健康事业，践行医者仁心；二要锤炼专业本领，坚持学用结合，钻研政策业务，虚心向资深前辈学习，在实操历练中成长为业务骨干；三要强化责任担当，发扬奉献精神，珍惜岗位平台，脚踏实地履职尽责；四要坚守廉洁底线，恪守职业操守，知敬畏守规矩，树立荣康医务工作者良好形象。
会前，对新职工开展岗前集中培训，围绕职业礼仪、医德医风、廉洁从业、院感防控、保密及安全生产等开展教学。同时组织新职工走访看望长期休养员，实地参观文化长廊、荣军展陈馆，沉浸式感悟医院文化，传承荣康精神。
